TELKOM NOT "INTOUCH" WITH THEMSELVES

My Telkom MIX contract ended Nov 2013. I went to the Tygervalley branch earlier the Nov month and dealt with a Madelaine..She informed me about a S4mini upgrade option, and it was only R60 more than what I was paying at the time. I asked her several times about the price thinking it wasn't possible but she reassured me it was but could only upgrade the 23rd of that month. When I came back the 23rd Madelaine then argued with me that I was mistaken there was no S4mini, after arguing, another lady that worked there interrupted and said there was a S4mini but they are unable to upgrade at the time as there is an ERROR on Telkom side. I went to another branch in Bellville and dealt with a Marina who explained everything properly, coming to the conclusion that Madelaine is clueless and there is no S4mini and she even upgraded me to a S4mini on Telkom mobile, still keeping the mix package. This mnth I go to the cape gate branch and deal with Siphokazi who tells me I must reapply for credit although they were still billing me 2months out of contract, 5 days later she phones me back after being in the store twice, to tell me that I cant upgrade to an S3 mini even though its on there webpage?
