Earlier contract cancellation

On the 1st of January my bank account billed R1500, so i went to reverse the amount, asked Vodacom to give my bill, which took more than week, and i asked for itemized billing which was never given to me, after i called investigating office, i got a very good gentleman, who advised me that according to him on the 4th of Nov i used up data for R900 in one day, which is impossible according to him on, so they will pay back R900 to my cellphone account and i will pay the difference, at that time my account was already on collections, 1st of Feb i paid R1176, and on the second i called them to get pre mature quote, the gave me i asked which reference to use, while dealing with PorTia, amount was R3188.44, while in Absa bank doing payment which was not going through we called Vodacom and finally it went throw a payment of R3188.44. Intent a proof of payment and I'd and signed quote, on the 4th of Feb. Till today my account have never been closed and i m calling them almost every day, but no one is helping, but i m getting more bills and sms saying i failed to pay my debit order for this month of march. Please help me i m frustrated with the whole situation, thank u
