Last week Thursday i reported to a Manager at Game Vaal Mall that the KIC Freezer that i had purchased late December last year had stopped working, he said that he would get someone out the very next morning, after waiting till Saturday with no answer i then phoned them and they told me that KIC was supposed to send a technician out and gave me KIC's number to deal with it, after a long argument KIC sent a Technician around this morning (Monday) and the Technician said that the Compressor had stopped working, now i want to know who is going to pay for the food that was in the freezer that went off, Game Vaal Mall say straight out Hey we just the Middle man take it up with KIC, which is wrong they are a supplier so they should cover the damages.
