Service delivery failure

Dear 8ta,
You are probably the worst service provider in the country, probably due to the fact that you are funded by the state and do not have to worry whether you have 2000 customers or 2.
I called the customer care, or should I say customer-do-not- care centre at least 5 times a week to try and have my issue resolved. My cellphone constantly flicks between no signal and poor signal, will never send any instant messages such as BBM and I can never use the internet or make any calls. The phone I have is still new, and looked after, so no it is NOT my phone. I called and received a reference number for the issue at hand and told the technical dept will be in touch, and they were, only to ask more info about the problem. After that there was no calls, and definitely no resolution to the problem. After the third time I called the operators, l simply got dropped. The only person who gave me any help at all was a manager/supervisor called Sheldon. The rest never called back. So 8ta you clearly don't care about your paying customers. Its fine I have a good idea, I will cancel my contract and move MTN, at least everything works with them. 8ta can't be bothered.
