I claimed for my roof leaking last year December and I have had no response since that time. I have left several messages at the message center and also logged a complaint via their website. Till today no one has called me and the call center cannot assist, they transfer me but I do not get anyone picking up on the other end, which after I get send to the message center which probably took down 8 messages for me already and promising me that someone will call me back.
Previous claims have been handled well. But if this keeps on I will have no choice but to move my home loan to another bank.
