My Nokia Lumia 610 was send in for repairs (between 2 and 4 December 2013) to Vodacom 12months after I purchased it at CNA Paarlmall. They contacted CNA Paarl mall (15 - 16/12/2013) to request costumer authorization for repairs to phone because they claim the had waterdamage (no proof). Cna Paarlmall (Dermitt) in turn phoned me and I give permission for repairs. I visited the CNA Paarl mall a number of times to check on progress only to be told they're waiting on Vodacom. About the 22/12/2013 I visited CNA to find out Vodacom sent the phone back to the store on the 18/12/2013 (CNA did'nt phone me) without fixing it. I'm totally disgusted in their poor customer service and CNA's inability to resolve the problem. I spoke to Storm;Eloise;Lorinda;Luzaan;Corne I even phoned the Operations man.of Edcon. I'm still WITHOUT MY FULLY PAID PHONE.???
