I bought my Nokia Lumia 610 in Nov.2012 @ Cna Paarl. I returned it to Cna Paarlmall in December 2013 because the phone could'nt charge. Vodacom phoned and quoted to repair phone;I confirmed and gave permission for repairs to phone. Vodacom send phone back to CNA stating unanswered quote;repairable without fixing the phone. Lorinda (Store manager) referred problem to Herman Straus (Senior Manager-Edcon). He passed it on to Yashi Chetty (Operations Manager-Edcon) He informed Mari and Storm (Indipendant contractor to Vodacom) of the problem. Storm paased the problem to Eloise (Area Supervisor-TCC) and there is where it all came to dead halt. All of this started 1December 2013 - 17January 2014.What a disgrace!!! BAD SERVICE
