I have a prepaid acc and supposedly get 2 gigs a month. I was away and only switched my router on the 13th of Jan, checked mail and used google for maybe 1 hour. Thursday morning I got a message my data was finished. How could 2 gigs last 3 days? I called the call centre and was told they would open a case for me and I would get feedback within 48 hours, have heard nothing. Not to mention last year my account was suspended twice for no good reason. Call centre people are unknowledgable and cannot answer a simple question.
