Prepaid 120 gigs

I bought a prepaid data of 120 GIGS (60 gigs day 60 gigs night) some time end of January. The sales consultant checked and confirmed that there was signal in my area. I connected for about two hours and lost the signal, when I went back to complain they logged a complain and assured me that a technician would contact me. I waited for about two to three weeks for the consultant who never contacted me. I went back to them again, they apologized for the delay, logged another complain and assured me I would be contacted this time.
I waited waited waited... no one contacted me!! I complained again!!! They finally told me there is no need for the technician since there is no coverage at all in my area. Then I was told I cannot be refunded since its a prepaid, and their sytem does not have refunds. I am not going to rest untill I get my hard earned R1800.00 back.
