I POSTED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT A WEEK AGO - IT IS CLEAR FROM THE RESPONSE THAT THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT READ CLEARLY - IN FACT THE RESPONSE FELT COMPUTER GENERATED RATHER THAN ADDRESSED BY A HUMAN. I REITERATE THAT I AM NOT DISPUTING THAT I USED THE DATA - WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT I WAS AT NO POINT TOLD THAT MY DATA DOES NOT ACCUMULATE - IT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME - PERIOD. WHY WOULD I RING UP A R7000 BILL JUST WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS DUE TO EXPIRE -WHEN I HAVE NEVER DOWNLOADED ANYTHING IN THE 2 X 24 MONTH CONTRACTS I HAVE HAD WITH MTN - & KNOWING FULL WELL THAT MY WIFE HAS LOST HER JOB AND MY AVERAGE BILL HAS ALWAYS BEEN R300 PER MONTH??? DOES IT NOT STINK SO LOUDLY & CLEARLY OF AN ERROR ON MTNS' PART TO EXPLAIN TO THEIR CLIENT THAT THE DATA DOES NOT CARRY OVER? SO AN EMPTY PLATITUDE FROM YOUR SIDE SAYING SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENENCE DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING!!! I NEED THIS SITUATION ADDRESSED & SOMEONE AT MTN WITH A NAME AND NUMBER TO CALL ME - AS PROMISED BY YOUR 808 NUMBER - (IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED) & BE BIG ENOUGH TO ADMIT THAT A MISTAKE HAS HAPPENED & THAT IT WILL BE DEALT & RESOLVED AN APOLOGY MADE - BY A CUSTOMER SERVICES PERSON NOT BY AN INSINCERE MASS PRODUCED LETTER.
