I have made a complaint regarding incorrect pricing that was charged to me via the Vodashop in Tygervalley with both a Rochelle Carolus and a Tremaine Boer. I was told that someone would phone last week and no one did. I have send follow up mails to both the above mentioned individuals regarding this and no one has contacted me since.
Very disappointed in the service that I have received. I was told that the are working on my complaint but no one has informed me of the progress thus far.
