Phone collected but my money is not in my account

Cell C collected the phone that was delivered to me incorrectly, the lady Buse said to me that R429.00 will be deposited into my account. Once it is done she will call me to confirm, to this date after a week I did not get a response... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND PLEASE DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THIS MONTH... I CANNOT EVEN GET THROUGH TO CELL C
