HAD ENOUGH... Been fighting since December 2012

24th of december 2012, i settled the outstanding amount on my laptop. the consultant gave me the paperwork told me to pay at std bank using the M65 form which i did. I then scanned in and emailed the documentation to the email address provided. I then received an email to say that there were no attachments so i sent the email again and faxed to the number given. i did not hear anything further so i assumed it was sorted out. beginning of Jan came and my debit order didnt go off so i went to vodacom. I was on the phone for 2 and a half hours with vodacom customer care. i spoke to 10 different people and all 10 had different stories for me and we are now sitting on 4 Feb 2013 and it is still not sorted. the money i paid to settle my laptop was not used as such and my account was just credited. i started to ask questions and was told they would reverse payments and allocate the money correctly and then i could pay my installment like normal. that has NOT happened! i work very carefully with my budget and no one seems to care! Not once have i been told the same story and not once have the accounts dpt & customer care done what they told me they were going to do!
