Unwilling to correct a mistake made by Vodacom

On 28 January 2013 I had a problem with my Vodacom 2Gig data contract. I asked my brother to go into the store and take the SIM into the store to be swopped. I sent an email to the store clearly stating that a SIM swop needs to be done on my 2Gig DATA CONTRACT. The sales consultant completed the required form and asked my brother to sign, which he did as the sales consultant had a written instruction of what to do. The consultant mistakenly put in the cell number of another contract of myne and swopped the incorrect SIM. This caused the other contract number to not work anymore. I went to the store to request that it be corrected by them as my instruction was clear and they had already caused me 5 days of inconvenience. The manager, Izanette Joubert was totally unwilling. This made me lose my temper as she argued that the change was signed for although it was completed by the consultant and the instruction was there they can not do anything about it. I would understand if the instruction was not clear but I have written proof of the very clear instruction. When an employee makes a mistake it should be acknowledged and rectified accordingly.
