I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for close to 10 years. I just want to thank Vodacom for nearly a decade of great service. I have never had to complain, wait or scream at a consultant to help me (maybe it is because I work through head office for everything, from upgrades to queries). Today I sent an email to Vodacom's Customer Care Centre requesting feedback on some details of my contracts. I received an email stating I will be contacted within 24 hours. So I assumed I would hear from them tomorrow. Lo and behold not even an hour and a half later I received an email from their Customer Care Centre with detailed feedback.
Thank you guys, please continue what you do.
