No Air Time For Months... Charged twice in January

DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH JABBA CONNECT.

I got duped into entering into a contract with Jabba Connect. I don't follow cell phone trends, so I don't know what cell phones cost.

I got a Blackberry 9300 for R345 per month, so I thought that I'd get R345 in airtime every month. Turns out I get R115 air time per month. This means I'm paying R230 per month for 24 months for a phone I could have bought online for R1600. That's R5520 for a phone that's worth R1600.

To make matters worse I stopped getting the R115 air time about 4 or 5 months ago. I've been complaining about this for months. I've threatened them with all kinds of legal action, but it's like water off the duck's back.

They keep taking money off my account and I was charged 3 times in January. The first time the money didn't go off, but the next 2 debit orders went through.

They cleverly use different numbers for references every month so I can't stop the debit orders at the bank.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JABBA CONNECT!!!
