Misleading information and Not replying to Queries

I received constant calls from Jabba Connect last year offering "The Latest Blackberry" for R345.00pm at that time the lasted Blackberry was Blackberry Torch, I asked again on the phone whether would it be a Blackberry Torch and I was told it will be the latest Blackberry then I took the contract. When they send the phone at work I noticed It wasn't Blackberry Torch and I already signed the papers, ever since I never receive any letter from Jabba even a letter notifying me about promotions either than R345pm debit on my account.

I sent an email last week notifying Jabba that they need to send me a settlement letter to pay all the outstanding amount Sipho Mpufi replied saying they will call me within 48 hours of which that never happened all I am receiving is calls and SMS's saying I need to pay cause they closing the line and they will list me on Credit Bureau.

Please send me a settlement letter and explain why you guys to customers just to get a contract Deal, why you guys Charge R345.00 pm for a Blackberry that cost less than that and also why you guys call yourselves cellc on the phone, that's using other companies name.
