I have logged many compliments for MWeb. Great company, brilliant staff. When the Call Centre is busy, please do not bombard me with marketing messages. I have been with MWeb for over 20 years, I know MWeb are the best but I when I have a problem and I need help, don't you to sell me your services while I am waiting for someone to answer the phone. Any saleman knows when to stop selling. Lose the marketing messages on the MWeb support line. I am already a customer. Answer the phone or play the muzak. Please do not spam in my ear to encourage me to buy something I bought 20 years ago.
