For the last two weeks i have been contacting and emailing nashua mobile about the problem i have. I have upgraded my contract on december & i was told the new contract will start working on january. Since the first of january my phone can not make any calls or send sms. I was told that the last resolution to my problem will be making a sim swap which i dd and the problem has not beeen solved. Im so stress as i wish if there is any posssibility i will terminate the contract because month end i gonna pay for the phone and package that i ddn't use since my phone is not working.
