Received a sms stating that my order will be delivered in the next 24 to 72 hours yet there has been no communication that the application was successful after i've been waiting a week for a call. Now no one at this company can tell me what's going on, they cant even find my details on their systems. Now the question is how do you deliver a headset to a person yet their details is not on your system. The less said about the service at 011 217 3399 the better. Assistance please from somebody.
