I wanted to get the Sunday Times app for my iPad, and found out the only way to purchase this is to actually buy a subscription to the newspaper. I Initiated this and received email confirmation that the application was successful. Turns out the only way to pay for it is wait for someone to call you to get your debit order details. This didn't happen within a few hours. On calling in myself, I was told the person who could help would call me back before the end of the day. This was 12 days ago. I've emailed since, and still no response.
