Hi, i had a 2mb data line with telkom and with recent upgrades i was 'suppose' to go to a 4mb data line... with speed tests i get 1.35mbps or 2.3mbps tops download speed which is not 4mb line.
i cant even play online games without BAD lagg and a constant ping of minimum 690 while playing.
how is it possible that i cant even watch live streaming sport for 6 seconds without buffering for 12 seconds with a 'supposed to be a 4mb' line???
