On 10/3/2013 I signed for a contract deal and the sales lady told me the line would be active within 24 hours to date 15:30 on 12/3/2013 the line is still inactive when calling the customer care line a lady told me that the number is not registered on rica and that they are unable to help me over the phone and that n must go back to the Mtn dealer where n purchased the contract as I explained to her it is not possible to go back any time soon because n stay 80 km away so I asked her for their phone number, she gave me a number 083 869 1423 which i phoned various times without success I also phoned listed in the yellow pages 021 8828040- number not available mtn website 083 2222217 number not available. This customer service is completely unacceptable.
