I am extremely unhappy with the level of pathetic service this company has given us, We spend well over R10 000 a month with them for our corporate internet access. on 01/23/2014 08:32 AM i posted a support ticket to their system to assist with a a record update which was and still is not propagating. i have sent multiple messages. I would phone them but their stupid phone system just keeps on looping the welcome message regardless of what options i select. I understand that the internet service in South Africa is bad but their service is non existent. Terrible terrible service. I bet you i get a reply on hello peter before i get one on our support ticket.
