Ref. No. CLC939296 - once again, cell C does it again. After previous bad experience with you guys (less than a month ago) you have just proven to me your customers who support you mean absolutely nothing. My device went in for repair (dont want to discuss the circumstances around that) and approved the repair even though i had no choice. Today i get billed R1102 (im assuming this includes my monthly phone bill), the repair was for R773, 98. Since i approved the repair i have up until now received no notification of repair being complete, let alone do i have the device with me!!! I would imagine receiving the device first and then getting billed???
