What's going on. My video streaming on a 4mg uncapped line is pathetic. Over 2 hours on calls with your service centers, port refreshes and passing from one department to the other. And still nothing.
From what I see, I am being throttled for video streaming from 7:00 to 23:00... Were this is supose to be no throtteling for media streaming.
And please do not blame the international lines being faulty. As latency tests last night were in check. And speed tests are in normal... Either sort this out. Or I'm changing ISP.
