I've been billed 70c each for mms' that I did not send, I sent SMS' which are due to come off my sms bundle. If you do this to every person you will make a killing. I logged a complaint on 7th January and have followed up at least twice, however nobody has had the courtesy to respond to my query. Yet everyday I receive a text with the incorrect bill. I've also been on hold for 12 minutes now, waiting to follow up with your call centre. Can someone please call me back. Your service is pathetic.
