Paying for a service that I did not subscribed to

I have been paying over R300 on my phone bill for a service that I did not subscribed to as this service is out sidfe of my frame work, lifestyle and values. I've asked WASPA to investigate this issue and they did - this is appreciated. however Flexyville came back saying they will not refund me. firstly, I did not subscribe to any services - I will not pay R7 for a daily service as this is outside my budget and a titanic price to pay. secondly, I did not received the so called 'welcome' messages stating there terms and conditions as well as the Opportunity to opt out of the service. thirdly, I also did not receive a monthly reminder message from Flexyville.
Flexyville is not a service but an to steel innocent people's money. from those who do not have money.
I am disgusted bu the integrity of Flexyville. clearly they don't have
