Continued appalling service

I have now waited almost 2 months and the only response I received was to tell me that the record has been removed from itc, which was supoose to have been done 4 months ago. The main problem is that the CellC department blocked my ID nr and apparently they are to incompetent to remove it. I have also not received any feedback from CellC on how they are going to rectify this situation as their consultant does not even answer my emails. This is just pathetic.
