CellC's pathetic service for new clients

Hi,

I signed up for a CellC Straight Up 100 Samsung Galaxy S3 deal, last week Thursday (07/03/2013). The agent told me the phone should be with me in the next couple of days. The agent *didn't* give me a reference number / order number and I got nothing relating to the deal i.e. confirmation email / sms.

It's Wednesday today (13/03/2013) and I haven't heard anything! I thought it best to get hold of CellC by sending two emails to Service Support... no luck and no reply... I then called the call centre 084 145 and waited for 10 min..no answer! I sent an tweet and after a long wait I got an reply to forward my order number which I did... still waiting for a response or someone from CellC to call me and get this resolved...

Pathetic service... this is the type of service that will put off any potential customer like myself!!!

Are you guys at CellC so incompetent or care less what happens to new customers?
