CellC data deal - wrong details

I used to have pre-paid data with CellC for the last year. About 3 months ago I received a call from the FNB sales department offering me the 2G for R99 deal, via CellC. On Sunday 6 October I noticed that I was not connecting to the internet anymore. I phoned CellC on the Monday and apparently they had the wrong bank account details and no debit orders were deducted. Subsequently my line has been cut. Through no fault of mine, the wrong details were captured, so for 3 months no payments went off and not once was I contacted or informed. FNB has done everything they can from their side, returning my calls, contacting your management. There is no feedback from your side. None. You are doing absolutely nothing. Not even helping FNB sort this out. If my credit record is affected I expect you to sort it out ASAP. Also I have to pay 3 months installments at once on top of it all - not happening, it was your fault.
Please give me immediate feedback as to what is going on and how my credit record was affected. I am now thoroughly sick of this - how can it take 2 weeks to rectify debit order details?!
