What happend to good service?? Telkom

In the recent few months, I've been struggling with connectivity speeds on my 1mbit ADSL line!! So I've upgraded to an 2mbit ADSL line!! But its still SLOWER than a Dial-Up modem! So I have been paying for a 2mbit ADSL connection for what?

After a couple of fault reports, my service was still not taken care of, and from the 29th of January 2013 my service was discontinued completely!! When I call 10210 the consultant just say that " Sorry, there is nothing that can be done right now, and there is no ETA (date) when it will be corrected" Please give me an ETA (date) when it will be fixed or I will be forced to seek another ADSL provider WITH BETTER SERVICE!!!

I also assume that Telkom will never provide any form of compensation for this frustration experienced by its customers!!!

Looking forward to resolve this matter FAST!!
