I received a call from Nomathemba Dube in Client Services and a email (27/11/2012) from her upon my request [Email Removed]
SHe wanted to sell me a product call Getit and I confirmed with her that she should send me info and if interested I will contact her. The I noticed in January that the bill amount increased to R357 instead of the R300 as per contracts.
I have emailed the customer care department from the 14th of January 2013 and to date ahave not received any follow up response from them. I would like to know on whos authority was the product activated?
I would like to have my account credited with the R57 backdated from inception and would also like to know why is it so hard to get a response from your organisation?
