I did a Sim Swap today because my new tablet required a micro sim. I went to the shop and Simone had a great attitude from the start. She was so willing to help and everything went effortlessly with no issues with documentation what so ever. I mean it is part of her job but she showed no disinterest or bad attitude and we even had a few laughs.
