I had received a blank learning disc from Edge to my dismay not really expecting much help I tried emailing them, within minutes Simone Bowyer had replied to my surprise, and by the next day she had already arranged for a courier to forward me a new disc, I am absolutely thrilled that this type of service still exists, well done to Edge for employing such amazing people like Simone.
