POOR SERVICE FROM SALESPERSON

I bought a pre-paid 8ta sim card from Telkom 8ta @ Highveld Mall to make sure the reception is good in our area. The reception was good but due to the fact that you can only buy airtime and convert it to data made it inconvenient and we desided to go from pre-paid to contract.
I applied for this on Sunday @ the same shop and the only document outstanding was my payslip which I forwarded the following day. When I phoned them on Tuesday, I was informed that my contract was approved. Edwin explained to me that when the pre-paid is upgraded my contract will only start beginning of February, but if I purchase a sim card from Pick'nPay he'll be assisting me right away, which I did. But since that conversation when I contact him it is forever a mission to talk to him and his colleagues promise he'll phone me back. It is now Thursday @ 16:13 and still no happiness.
