I cannot seem to check my *162# balance. It has been an ongoing problem for about 3 months now. I see I am not the first person to complain about this.
I feel that it is a hassle to go on MTN active or phone 808 to check bundle balances, as this is a basic function that is supposed to work.
As someone previously complained about this problem and that is the reply he/she got, I feel utterly disappointed that this is the best solution MTN can come up with.
