Fault claims to be restored, but no service reciev

I made a fault report on the 9th of January 2014 (a week ago), today on the 16th of Jaunuary 2014, at 09:54am I recieved a sms "Your fault is in hand with our tachnical repair division" at 09:56am the same day, 2 minutes later I recieve a sms "Your report reference 830CTK090114 has been restored". I was promised someone will visit my premisis, and there was none.

My fault continues to exist with no service recieved.
