Account disconnected due to Autopage bad service

I have been a loyal customer with Autopage for more than 7 years and NEVER missed a payment. I currently have 4 accounts with them. As my standard debit order goes off at the end of each month, I transfer money into my Discover CC beforehand to ensure payment. The transfer was made on the 27 of March to arrive on the 28. Authopage did not provide any warning that due to the Easter long weekend they were going to deduct the payments earlier, so at 6am on the 28 the deductions bounced. I can live with this. Once I became aware of the challenge (I am on holiday and do not check my mail every day) I phoned them only to find out that their credit control is closed for the long weekend. So called them the Tuesday. I received good service and was told the payment would be put through to my CC immediately.By Thursday the payment still did not go through so I phoned again, only to be told they now don't know what is going on with my accounts and will get back to me. It is now Sunday and my flippen accounts have now been suspended without warning and I am still waiting for them to come back. If I was not under contract with them I would have immediately Autopage!
