Autopage Cellular's billing is a mess. Sometime over the past few months - a credit card payment was returned, following a billing mistake from Autopage. They don't send me notification of this (despite asking them several times to update my contact details).

The next month - a double debit was loaded - also without warning, but this time I luckily receive a warning from the bank on 1 Feb that was the payment was returned. On the same day, I log in support ticket using their customer service website - to process the debit order again, after I was able to correct the available funds on the account.

Only 5 days later do I get a message saying that the query was forwarded to the credit control dpeartment. Since then, I have called the credit control department twice to hear when they are doing the corrective debit., everytime they promise "today".

But now, on Saturday, over the weekend when I need my phone - I get a message that my service has been suspended. After waiting 15 days for them to resolve the problem that was caused due to bad management in the first place.

I know, it's pretty much a nightmare dealing with any SA service provider, but this is just ridiculous.
