My contract with Cell C is - R130 per month. Since June 2012 the amount of more than R436 was deducted from my account. I spoke to Mohammed 29/5/12, Lauren 15/8/12, Leroy 7/9/12, Megan 18/9/12, Lauren for the second time 19/9/12, Mpumi of the Legal team 21/11/12, Ayanda 21/11/12 (Ref 12112100001, Christian 21/11/12 who put the phone down in my ear, Lauren for the third time 21/11/12 Mellon 13/11/12 from the Legal Dept. They all promised me to sent a reference number within minutes, which I never received. I spoke to Shaun, the Manager at Cell C about the problem. He referred me to Gregory at Dion Wired, where a contract was apparently taken out in my name. I e-mailed Gregory and he confirmed that the contract was taken out on my name and referred me back to Cell C. It is now Feb 2013 and still the wrong amount is deducted from my bank account. I need my money back, or at least the instrument and data I paid for up to now. I am very disappointed with the NON-service I got from Cell C and would NEVER EVER refer anyone to this company for any business. I am fed-up and if nothing happens within the week, I will definitely take this further. Please help.
