MTN Insurance Pathetic Response

I have been trying to log a claim with MTN SP Insurance since early December 2013 but the fax don't go through no one at the shops want to help you and you are holding on forever on the line to try and ask a consultant. This is pathetic!!!
Why do you Pay for insurance with them and then they do not want to help you!
