Telkom is one of the worst to be in contact with. I have a ASDL line that is only being used for data (Little or No phone usage). Monthly rental paid continuously and without skipping. all of a sudden I get a message that the line has been suspended over an unpaid amount.
Proof available of all payments, but you cannot contact the call centers - no answer or all lines busy. Online help or online request for someone to contact you goes unanswered
