I went into the Promenade brance in feb 2013 to cancel the existing contract and took out a new one. The saleslady assisting me sent off all the paperwork on my behalf and that was that. To date I am still being billed for 2 accounts. I have been to the store for assistance, called Cell C Customer Service for assistance but no-one seems to be interested in resloving this issue. I have requested that my subscription for the cancelled line be repaid but absolutely no joy in this regard. Cell C has the worst after sales service i have ever come across.
