Hi we have been struggling with 2 of our phone for the past 4 months the one has gone in 7 times and the other one 5 times and every time they come back with different problems. Every one we phone has a different story about the problem we pay for phones we don't have!!! The last time was last week Monday and on the 14th they told us that they sent it back to the supplier but when my dad phoned on the 15th they told him that one of the phones had liquid damage so they change their story every time we phone. My mom was on the phone from 8 o clock this morning and no one could help her solve the problem. they put our request through to a supervisor and we still haven't heard anything back from them. My mom is sitting without a phone and no one can get a hold of her! I'm working and i cant even let my mom or any one know when I'm finished cause i don't have a phone either. Hope someone can help us now!!!
