This consultant (Zethu Bopela) was absolutely insensitive.
I had a query on my elderly father's cell phone account which was debited with R4015 instead of the R169 it should have been debited with. My dad is currently in a very serious condition of health and is bed ridden.
I explained to the consultant his situation and that I am responsible for his account and that I pay the account monthly. I had all his details on hand to do a security clearance. She refused to assist and insisted that we needed to get a letter and take it in to a branch to get the query sorted out.
I cannot believe that this is the service that MTN provides its customers with and how insensitive the consultants are especially considering the situation. It's as if I was dealing with a robot with no feelings at all.
This is absolutely appalling and totally unacceptable!!!
