Very bad service

Battery problem with 3 months old Samsung Galaxy S4 on contract that Samsung acknowledged and claim to replace battery for free. Employee at MTN did not even know about the problem and didn't want to help. She said she doesn't have batteries in stock and I must ask somewhere else for help. It looked like she went through a great deal of trouble just to get up to talk to me. Very unfriendly en unhelpful service. Never had any problem before at other branches, the service was always good. Disappointed!
