My telkom line 011 908 6112 is dead. Logged a call on the 27/12/2013. Was given refrence 339CRK271213. Have followed up nearly every day with no joy. It seems that Telkom is not capable to manage the lines and that they are the worst service provider in communications in South Africa. The call center only tell you that they are working on it. What are we paying for???
