I logged a complain on Mtn's website with regards to bad coverage in the complex I stay. I have been a loyal customer of MTN for a number of years now. At the complex we only have EDGE and at times i get GSM, We receive no 3G @ all. Myself and my spouse both have smartphones and without 3G a smartphone is useless as browsing the net is slow, calls made or received is unclear, messages sent or received via social media takes forever. It is frustrating that i have no 3G.
