I recently upgraded my phone with MTN - Davenport Durban branch. On the 2nd day I bought the phone it started freezing. Then the battery would be spent/used up in a matter of hours. Even after being charged. Until it just stopped charging completely. I returned the phone to the branch and they said it would take 2 weeks to check whether they would fix or replace the handset. After the specified 2 weeks of waiting they returned the phone and said nothing was wrong with it. While I was still inside the shop I switched it on in front of the consultant and still the phone didn't switch on & froze. It's been a month now and I'm without a phone and no one is informing me what's wrong with the phone, yet they are debiting my account for the handset.
